1. Call us at 812-877-7100 to set up your Disc Delivered account via phone. There is an initial $97 new account setup fee.

2. Decide if you want to be a Tier 1 or a Tier 2 client. The monthly account maintenance fee is $9.97 for Tier 1 clients or $24.97 for Tier 2 clients. For a description of what you receive at either level click here.

3. Send your master disc(s) to:

4. Send the artwork files for your disc label(s) and what packaging option you want to info@DiscDelivered.com.

5. If you’re going to use the print-on-demand service we’ll work with you to put an automatic integration into place so we’re notified of new orders as you receive them.

Pricing depends on several factors including:

• Are you using the print-on-demand option or ordering in bulk?

• Does your product contain a CD or DVD or both?

• If ordering in bulk, what quantity are you ordering?

• What packaging option do you want to use for your discs?

• Where are your discs being shipped to?

• Do you require rush service?

The print-on-demand program is available only for mailing within the United States. Bulk purchases may ship internationally via FedEx.

If you are using our print-on-demand option we will work with you to set up an integration with whatever ecommerce platform you are using so we are automatically notified when a new order is received. We integrate with many of the most popular platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Keap, 1 Shopping Cart, Big Commerce, Magento, Ultracart, Volusion and more.

We prefer artwork files be sent as pdfs, but can also work with .jpg or .png files.

Orders for the print-on-demand service ship within 3 business days. Bulk purchases generally ship in 5-7 business days.

For our print-on-demand customers our system will automatically send out an email notification to your customer letting them know that your disc is on the way. If you are a Tier 2 client you can also be copied on these notifications and you will 24/7 access to the backend system to look up shipment details.

After you've signed up for the Disc Delivered service you'll either email your artwork files to info@DiscDelivered.com or use a service like Dropbox or YouSendIt to share your files with us.

Bulk purchases that ship via FedEx will have tracking. Print-on-demand shipments are sent via USPS first class mail or media mail. First class service does not provide tracking information while media mail service does.

A CD typically has a capacity of 700 MB, which for an audio CD equates to around 74 minutes of content. A DVD handle up to 4.7 GB and we generally recommend that you limit video content to 2 hours of video on a single disc.

Tier 1 – This is Disc Delivered’s basic level tier for inactive/low‐volume shippers. Your orders received by noon EST will ship out within 3 business days and your clients will receive a generic email notification from SFS  providing them with tracking information when their order ships.  

Tier 1 clients do NOT have access to our backend system to check inventory levels or look up shipment details on an order. At the Tier 1 level you may have one integration method with us. Additional integration methods are $9.97 per month. See the integrations tab on the home page for a list of currently available integration methods. 

Tier 2 – This higher-level tier is for higher volume shippers who want 24/7 access to the SFS backend system and who may have multiple integration methods with our system. Up to 3 integration methods are included in the Tier 2 level. Additional integration methods are $9.97 per month. 

At this higher tier you will also receive: 

‐ Complete access to inventory and order details 24/7 

‐ Automatic notification of low stock levels 

‐ Automatic notification of product returns 

‐ Customized shipping notification emails 

‐ Customizable ship from addresses for all shipments 

‐ Ability to self-generate multiple reports (inventory reports, sales reports) 

‐ Ability to look up exact inventory levels of any specific product at any date in time 

‐ Ability to notify us of incoming shipments of new inventory within the system 

‐ Ability to manually enter, edit or cancel unshipped orders yourself to avoid manual entry surcharges 

‐ Triple the amount of included storage space vs. Tier 1 clients 

‐ Unlimited users on your account
